By requesting services from FEM Trucking, using our work authorization process, or communicating with us by any means, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
FEM Trucking reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance.
FEM Trucking provides hauling, demolition, dirt removal, and related trucking services in San Antonio, TX and surrounding areas. All work is performed pursuant to a written or electronically authorized work order.
Service scope, pricing, and terms are outlined in each individual work authorization. FEM Trucking reserves the right to decline or cancel services at its discretion.
Before work begins, FEM Trucking will send a work authorization to the customer via email or SMS. Work authorization constitutes your agreement to the scope of work, pricing, and terms described therein.
You may authorize work by replying YES or APPROVED to the SMS work authorization, or by replying APPROVED to the authorization email. Verbal authorization does not substitute for written approval.
By providing your mobile phone number in connection with a service request or work authorization, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from FEM Trucking related to your service. These messages are not promotional — they are operational communications necessary to initiate and confirm your service.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of service.
Message frequency varies depending on your service activity. You may receive SMS messages when a work authorization is sent, when your approval is recorded, or when there are service-related updates.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging and data rates charged by your mobile carrier apply to all messages received from FEM Trucking. FEM Trucking is not responsible for any carrier charges.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from FEM Trucking. You will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS will be sent.
Note: Opting out of SMS does not cancel your service agreement or any outstanding payment obligations.
Reply HELP to any message from FEM Trucking for information and support. You may also contact us at info@femtrucking.com.
FEM Trucking SMS messages are sent via Twilio. Major U.S. carriers are supported. Message delivery is not guaranteed and may vary by carrier and coverage area.
Payment terms are as specified in your work authorization. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due upon receipt. Late payments may be subject to a service charge.
FEM Trucking reserves the right to withhold services for accounts with outstanding balances.
Service cancellations or changes must be communicated to FEM Trucking as soon as possible. Cancellations made after work has begun may be subject to partial charges for work completed and mobilization costs.
FEM Trucking shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the provision of services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
FEM Trucking is not responsible for pre-existing underground utilities, structures, or conditions not disclosed prior to commencement of work.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or FEM Trucking services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing formal legal action.
